UPDATE:
Jesus Rivera, 27, of Bridgeport, died after his Honda was rear ended by Jonathan D. Rosa-Whitlock, 26, of Bridgeport, in his Subaru Impreza. Rivera’s passenger, Jessica Dasilva, 22, of Bridgeport, was taken to Bridgeport Hospital and was treated for serious injuries.
Kevin Halloran, 54, of West Haven was a DOT worker laying out traffic cones and flares for the accident to close the road when his DOT was hit by Denisse Garcia, 24, of Trumbull. He was transported to St. Vincent’s Hospital with serious injuries.
2:00am–#cttraffic–#Stratford CT–#Milford CT–The Merritt Parkway is closed at the Sikorsky Bridge between exits 53 and 54 for a crash that required extrication in one car and a car fire in another. No one was trapped in the car fire. Take an alternative route!
