11:27pm–#Bridgeport CT–A fourth person has been shot at the intersection of Whitney and Charles Street. This person has been shot to the chest with a rifle. Responsible are two males who fled down Charles Street. Crime scene being established. Prayers for the victim please, this one sound serious.
