UPDATE: I spoke to police spokesman William Kaemffer who confirmed that Wilbur Cross School and Park City Magnet School were both in "lock in " in and abundance of caution due to shots fired on Trumbull Avenue. A "lock-in" is an ordinary school day but no one gets into the school. 1:38pm--Wilbur Cross School at 1775 Reservoir Avenue went into lockdown after shots were fired on Trumbull Avenue according to radio reports.
