11:51am–#cttraffic-UPDATE–Firefighters reporting the leak is on exit 29 on ramp and NOT on the highway.

I-95 northbound exit 29 on ramp is being shutdown due a tractor trailer that had its fuel tank burst and spill about 100 gallons of fuel onto the roadway and into sewer drains.  Department of Energy and Environmental Protection has been requested to the scene.  Firefighters now being dispatched.  Expect major delays.
