1:17pm–#Westport CT–Police were just dispatched to Kings Highway near the Post Road for an elderly man walking in the street carrying a cane and swinging it like a golf club non threatening according to radio reports. Police have to respond due to “See Something Say Something”. Do you think this is excessive?
