5:07pm--#Fairfield CT--A two car accident required firefighters to help people trapped inside the vehicles on Sport Hill Road Route 59 near General Electric's Headquarters.  No word on injuries. Fairfield News: Nurses Aid Has Pot FedEx’d

In the early hours on November 19, 2014 Fed Ex officials discovered a suspicious package at their Norwalk facility. The Norwalk Police Special Services was advised and responded to the facility. Shortly thereafter Fairfield Police Officer Wells along with his Canine Ruger responded to the facility after it was discovered that the package was earmarked to a Fairfield address. During a routine inspection by officers, Ruger the K9, alerted officials of the presence of contraband. A search and seizure warrant was obtained by Fairfield Police detectives to open two packages addressed to Main Street, Southport, CT. The address is a private residential home occupied by an elderly resident in hospice care, who was not aware of the packages and was not involved. These packages had been shipped, via FED-EX.…

Bridgeport News: Gas Station Robbed At Gunpoint

1:21am--#Bridgeport CT-- The Mobil Gas Station at 1360 Noble Avenue was robbed at gunpoint.  Two black males dressed in all black displayed a shotgun and took all the cash from the register.  They fled south on Noble.  UPDATE: It was a long barreled revolver not a shotgun as first reported. 11:00pm--#Bridgeport CT--North Avenue is closed due to a 2 car crash on North Avenue near Lexington Avenue.  Firefighters were called for entrapment but that was not the case.  Two people were injured but the extent of their injuries are not know. 9:11pm--The  Kentucky Fried Chicken at 325 Boston Avenue was just robbed at gunpoint.  Police are looking for two black males, between the ages of 16 and 18 years of age Both were wearing mask and hoodies.  One wearing gray sweatpants.  Both were armed.  They were last seen running foot towards Concord Street.  Fowl play is suspected.
