I felt like I was sent back in time when I visited the Famous Fifties Diner at 472 Huntington Turnpike in Bridgeport. I met with Kathryn Sanchez who opened the diner in April with her husband. The first thing you notice is the Coca Cola red and white color theme and all the 50's memorabilia on the walls. I wanted to point out that there was something wrong with the flat screen above the counter seating but then it dawned on me they intentionally wanted it to display in black and white!
