#Bridgeport, CT – Oct. 2, 2014 – A city man linked to four bank robberies in Connecticut and New York was arrested Wednesday on Mill Hill Avenue. Jamar J. Jarrett, 26, of Bridgeport, was arrested on a parole violation Wednesday morning after authorities executed a search warrant at 120 Mill Hill Ave. A second address on Platt Street also was searched. Additional charges are expected. Jarrett had been linked to several robberies through forensic evidence recovered from the banks. After his arrest for the parole violation, Jarrett admitted to Bridgeport detectives that he had committed bank robberies in Bridgeport, Trumbull, Suffield and Rye, New York.
