Stratford News: Boat Taking On Water

3:08pm--#Stratford CT--There is a boat about a half mile out in the mouth of the Housatonic River taking on water.  There are 6 people on board.  The have one pump working and one down.  Clamboats in the area are attempting to rescue.  Stratford, Milford and Coast Guard on the way.  UPDATE: It is a clamboat that is taking on water and another clamboat is attempting to assist. Bridgeport News: State Police Pursuit Ends in Crash

12:53pm--#Bridgeport CT--An attempted motor vehicle stop on I-95 by Connecticut State Police  resulted in a pursuit.  The car that was being chased crashed on East Main Street and police are looking for 3 Hispanic Males who fled on foot on  Nichols Street.  Bridgeport Police are assisting. 2:18am--A man is reporting that he was just choked and stripped naked at East Main and Berkshire by a group of males and two females who are now walking towards Boston Avenue.    Man you just can't make this stuff up! 12:20am--#cttraffic #Monroe CT--Route 25 in both direction is closed for a rollover accident in front of St. Stephen's Church.  The driver is safely out of the vehicle.  The car is in the middle of the roadway. Ruta 25 en ambas direcciones está cerrado por una volcadura en frente de la Iglesia de San Esteban. El conductor está a salvo fuera del vehículo. El coche está en el centro de la calzada. Bridgeport Police Need Help Identifying Robbers

Video from the robbery we reported as it was happening>> #Bridgeport, CT – Oct. 8, 2014 – Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying four individuals involved in an attempted armed robbery at Junco’s Market late Monday.  Detectives secured video footage from the location that showed four individuals in hooded sweatshirts entering and attempting to hold up the store at 616 William St. The suspects entered the store shortly before 10:30 p.m. Three of them brandished handguns. The owner of the store, who has a state pistol permit, exchanged gunfire with one of the suspects. No one was injured. The Bridgeport Police Robbery Squad is investigating.
