A mandatory on-street parking ban will be in effect on Capitol Avenue, between Lindley Street and Park Avenue; on Lincoln Boulevard and on Taft Avenue betweenMadison Avenue and Park Avenue on Wednesday, Oct. 15, 2014. Nasir Hargett, of Bridgeport, was charged with murder in connection with the death of Davon Robertson, 24, who was shot Monday afternoon in the area of Pearl and Brooks streets. “Detectives worked the case non-stop and made an arrest within 24 hours.
