Bridgeport News: Two Men Arrested in Street Robbery
#Bridgeport, CT – Aug. 22, 2014 – Two men face charges in connection with a street robbery that occurred late Thursday. Officer Martin Pizighelli spoke with one of the victims on Iranistan Avenue. The victim said he was robbed in Went Field Park and provided a description of the robbers. He said one was armed with a gun and that the suspects made off with his iPhone and cash. Pizighelli checked the area with the victim and spotted the suspects in the area of Olive Street and Park Avenue. The officer and victim drove past as Pizighelli called for additional officers.
