6:43pm–#Fairfield CT–Police were dispatched to Black Rock Turnpike at Burroughs Road because the traffic lights were out. Turns out the whole area is without power. UI has been notified. Remember if you approach an intersection with the traffic light out you need to treat it like a four way stop. No word on when power will be restored.
