Beer tasting 6pm to 8pm every Friday at Premier Wine and Spirits 525 Tunxis Hill Rd, Fairfield. Tonight’s tasting features Oskar Blues Dale’s Pale Ale and Allagash White. Oskar Blues Dale’s Pale Ale is America’s first canned craft beer and is a voluminously hopped pale ale that is as tasty as it is drinkable. Allagash White is traditional Belgian wheat beer brewed with a generous portion of wheat and spiced with coriander and Curacao orange peel. Allagash White is fruity, refreshing and slightly cloudy in appearance.
