1:10pm–#Fairfield CT–Police are investigating a an accident between a scooter and a car today just after 1pm in front of The Carolton Convalescent Hospital at 400 Mill Plain Rd. According to witnesses the driver of the car was pulling out the hospital parking lot turning left on Mill Plain Road when the scooter drove into the car.
