6:54pm--#Fairfield CT--Report of a man running with a couple of dogs behind Southport Brewery Post Road on the railroad tracks. Uncertain if this is related to pursuit earlier. Fairfield and Bridgeport Police are checking it out. One man matching the description being held at gunpoint at Post and Reef.
I-95 pursuit
#Fairfield CT #Westport CT #Bridgeport CT--#Cttraffic--Bridgeport police were pursuing a white Lexus with a black hood in the breakdown lane of I-95 southbound. The pursuit was broken off and the car was last seen heading eastbound on Route One.

Police Officer Recovering From Injuries
Bridgeport Police Sergeant Edward Golding continues to recover from injuries he received after being run down by a scooter traveling at a high rate of speed Friday night at 11:31 in front of McLevy Green at the corner of State and Broad Street. The sergeant received injuries to his leg and jaw. Taina Donald, 49 of Read Street was charged with traveling too fast for conditions, failure to yield to a pedestrian and operating while her license was under suspension.
