8:55pm–#Norwalk CT–A juvenile kidnapping just occurred in Norwalk near the #Westport town line. The grandfather took off with the granddaughter in an unknown direction. Police are looking for a silver Lincoln Navigator with Florida plates. 9:10pm–THEY HAVE BEEN LOCATED in Norwalk!!
